Adila’s dedicated yoga space is perfectly set up for your daily yoga practice.

Our spacious and tranquil yoga area faces the ocean and always has a light breeze to keep you cool.

We provide all equipment you need, including mats, blocks, ropes, chairs, bolsters and belts.

Four times a week we offer classes at different times, that cater for every level, and give personal attention to all participants.

We welcome our in-house guests and outside participants to join us for a mindful and active yoga practice.

Under the guidance of one of our experienced and certified teachers.

After the class, we invite you for a drink and chat at our communal table.




This is a great class for all levels, beginner to advanced yoga practitioners. Starting with warming up from head to toe, preparing the body to flow. Using creative Vinyasa sequences, allowing us to move and connect the body, breath and mind.

Incorporating standing, balancing, twisting, stretching & strengthening postures. A slower paced stretch focusing on chakras to allow the energy to flow.

Closed with a calming and relaxing pranayama practice to help you fall into a state of bliss at the end of the class.



Myofascial release Yin yoga for relieving tension and fascial tissues in the body. Great for surfers, bodybuilders and office-sitters. We start with fun and dynamic (Yang) movements with swinging, shaking and some Hatha stability poses.
When we release the tension in our fascial tissues we gain access to more strength and energy!
By releasing tensions in the body through passive, long-held Yin poses and slow, melting stretches. 
Incorporating self massage with tennis balls to address specific tensions and knots. This class uses intuitive and spontaneous movements to leave you feeling brand new!


This class is a gentle Hatha flow with a greater focus on a deep stretch to the 4 limbs, warming up our legs and arms and grounding the pelvic area.
We start with a short meditation to centre ourselves and begin with an upper body stretch. When we are ready we move into some gentle standing and balancing postures. The class ends with a lower body stretch and finishing in savasana to gain clarity
Most poses are grounding, spending most of the class on the mat but there are some standing vinyasa poses. The poses are made accessible for all level and all needs, making this a great class for beginners.



Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
The purpose of vinyasa yoga is to use the breath to align the body and mind. You’ll develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility.
