Adila’s dedicated yoga space is perfectly set up for your daily yoga practice. Our spacious and tranquil yoga area faces the ocean and always has a light breeze to keep you cool. We provide all equipment you need, including mats, blocks, ropes, chairs, bolsters and belts.
Three times a week we offer classes that cater for every level, and give personal attention to all participants. We welcome our in-house guests and outside participants to join us for a mindful and active yoga practice under the guidance of an experienced and certified teacher. After the class, we invite you for a drink and chat at our communal table.

About the teacher and practice
Kathy’s joyful spirit, kind-heartedness, and love for teaching will inspire your practice. With 26 years of experience, her teaching draws the students’ attention to details in the present moment, helping you to become more aware of your physical body, your breath, your mind and your senses. All of these anchors help to focus and quiet the mind while working through the physical poses.
Besides years of yoga studies, Kathy followed a three-year therapy training course and has assisted in therapy classes in India on an ongoing bases. This combination of continued study and learning directly from the Iyengar family, has been instrumental in her teaching and therapy approach. About Iyengar yoga
This style of yoga is called Iyengar yoga, which is the practice of precision. Close attention is given to anatomical details and the alignment of each posture. Poses are held for long periods and often modified with props. This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions. Iyengar is very suitable for all levels and ages, no matter your physical condition. The practice is complimentary for those who practice surfing, golf and all other sports.
